Day 10, 30/11/09: Reiki - Nepal

Up to carry on with Reiki practice this morning; I went first carrying out a scan and treatment on Rowena. As I performed the scan I experienced a strange sensation between the throat and heart chakra; I felt a sudden surge of emotion; my hands felt hot with a strange tingling; it also felt like pins & needles were running up my arms. I was amazed at the intensity of feeling; I was also feeling more attuned to noticing Rowena's response around certain chakras.

Suzy carried out Reiki on me and today she experienced a lot of energy around my throat chakra; so much so in fact that it triggered a swallow reflex in both her & Karen.
